Now isn’t that the truth? With that being said, I’ve researched and compiled a list of foods that have major anti-aging benefits. If these aren’t already regular staples in your diet, consider adding a few over the next few weeks. Start off with just one a week; you’ll feel better physically and mentally, and in the most natural way possible.

1. Bright-colored produce
These are rich in antioxidants which help repair and protect your skin’s cells. (Source)
